The details

TRAVEL

St Alfege Church is in the centre of Greenwich, a short walk from both Greenwich Station (rail and DLR) and Cutty Sark Station (DLR). It is also easy to reach by taxi, or even by Uber Boat to Greenwich Pier. Transport will be provided between the ceremony and the reception.

DRESS CODE

The dress code is black-tie formal. For men, think James Bond: tuxedos. For ladies, think Met Gala: full-length glamorous gowns in pastel shades. Please avoid blue or green. Dress to impress!

THE CEREMONY

Please arrive at the church promptly for 1pm. Don't forget your best singing voice: there will be hymns throughout the service, so please sing along. We will share the hymns in advance for anyone wishing to practise beforehand.

PHOTOS

We would love our guests to be fully present during the ceremony, so we ask for no phones or cameras and to leave this to the professionals we have hired for the day. You can take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations; we just ask that you do not share any photos of us, the bride and groom, on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so. We will share our professional photos with you after the big day.

GUESTS

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. We are afraid we cannot accommodate additional guests.

FOOD

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Food options will be shared closer to the time.

GIFTS

Your presence is the present! Celebrating with us is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would still like to give something, we'd be so grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon fund as we start our next adventure together.
